Collin Wynne has a degree in Finance from the University of Texas at Austin and a Doctorate of Jurisprudence from the University of Houston. Mr. Wynne began his career in Houston, before returning to his hometown of Amarillo in 2015. Mr. Wynne’s practice includes Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) claims; breach of contract claims; Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) claims; theft of trade secrets; intellectual property, copyright, and trademark claims. Mr. Wynne’s practice also includes wills, trusts, and estate planning matters, including contested guardianship and probate matters and breach of fiduciary duty claims. Mr. Wynne is licensed by the Texas Supreme Court to practice before all Courts in the State of Texas. Mr. Wynne is admitted and qualified to practice before every Federal District Court in the State of Texas (Northern, Southern, Eastern, and Western Districts of Texas). Mr. Wynne enjoys playing golf, but is seldom seen in the fairway.
